What you share

The consultation form collects your contact details, hair-service interests, routine, goals, general hair-service concerns, and the photos you choose. The quick-question form collects your name, email, phone number, and message. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing.

Your answers and selected photos are sent only when you choose Send consultation request or Send message. Until then, form answers remain in the page. This website does not save a draft in local storage. Leaving or reloading the page can lose your answers; your browser may have its own autofill settings. If sending fails, the page keeps your answers and photos so you can retry. A failed confirmation does not necessarily mean the server received nothing.

Who handles your information

Maria Stark and her authorized website support team can review inquiries. Cloudflare hosts the website, stores submitted inquiry details and photos privately, and provides the Turnstile security check. Resend processes notification emails sent to Maria and her authorized support team. Hosting and security providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and browser details, to operate the site and limit abuse.

Storage and photo access

Website-stored inquiry details and photos are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Email copies and any replies are retained separately in the recipients’ mailboxes and are not automatically deleted by the website’s 90-day rule. Service-provider logs follow their own retention practices.

Photos are not published in a public gallery. Notification emails contain signed download links that expire after 7 days. Anyone holding one of these links can download its photo until it expires, so links should not be forwarded. Downloaded copies are separate from website storage.

Keep it about your hair

Do not provide medical records, diagnoses, medication or surgical history, insurance identifiers, government IDs, or other highly sensitive information. General hair-service concerns and product or extension-method sensitivities are enough. Sending an inquiry does not confirm an appointment.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask about your information or request deletion, contact Maria at @maria.palmbeachhair on Instagram (opens a new tab). Include your inquiry reference if available, but do not send sensitive details in a direct message. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
